AC S.A. Code of Advertising Ethics
The AC S.A. Code of Advertising Ethics is a set of principles that guide the Company in its efforts to shape the Company’s image, brand, and advertising messages for its products and services. Any violations of the provisions of the AC S.A. Code of Advertising Ethics may be reported to etyka@ac.com.pl.
This procedure establishes channels for reporting internal violations at AC S.A. concerning specific areas, including, among others, corruption, public procurement, product safety and compliance, environmental protection, consumer protection, privacy and personal data protection, and the security of networks and ICT systems. Such a report can be submitted via the reporting form (reports submitted this way are anonymous) and then by selecting the option for a report under the Whistleblower Protection Act, or directly to the Compliance Officer by phone at 85 74 38 165 (available from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday) or during a face-to-face meeting.
